I am in my late 20s and have always gone back and forth with my weight and being healthy. The last five years I have finally been at my happy weight (a little heavier then my thinnest), but I am loving it and want to help others see that it is possible without giving up the things you love!
A little more about me, I have gone back and forth with my weight since I was in the 8th Grade. I have struggled with my eating and exercise habits for years. I have lost a lot of weight and gained it all back. Since 2004, after I graduated college, I have been able to get myself into a good routine with healthy eating (most of the time) and regular exercise. I truly belief in working out most days so that I can eat the things that I love. I am now trying to get ready both mentally and physically for hubby and I to start our family.
Other random facts about me. I work full-time as an administrator at a University in Philadelphia. I love my job and the people I work with. Hubby and I got married in 2007 and got out cockapoo puppy for Christmas in 2006. We live in South Jersey near my entire (large Italian) family and not far from hubby’s family in North Jersey/Connecticut.
