Breakfast
So breakfast is my favorite meal of the day but I always have a hard time deciding what I want during the week. Since I am not a huge oatmeal fan, I have come up with my own special mix. I have been taking grape nuts and soaking them overnight in skim milk (or soy when the skim I bought for some recipies runs out). Then in the morning I add all types of fun toppings. Coconut flakes, dried fruit, and nuts. It is a great breakfast and really filling which is good for me because I sometimes to not eat enough for breakfast and them am starving all day. I think this is a good new trick for me. Again we will see how long this will last....
