Start of Halloween week

To start of the halloween week it has to be pumpkin muffins. Homemade pumpkin muffins with dried cranberries about 100 calories each. They freeze great and pop in the micro for 1 min and then add a cup of green tea!


Then another cup of green tea at work.


Next is lunch. Which today was a soft pretzel, salad with fat free feta and raspberry dressing, and an apple for a later snack. As well as water which is not in the picture.



Not sure what todays work out will be and there might be another snack in here....but that is all for now.
