All types of pumpkin

Time to use the holiday pumpkins up (and because I need some for my Thanksgiving dessert). Roasting the pumpkins to make pumpkin puree.

Here it is all ready for the freezer. And can't forget the pumpkin seeds all roasted and ready to snack on!

Now on to the pumpkin pie I saved a pieces of from earlier! Yummy:)
