Muffins and scones for the freezer

Friday night was a baking night for me. I like to bake muffins and other breakfast foods and freeze them to have for the mornings. So I decided to use up the blueberries and zucchini in the freezer.

Here is the start of the Jacqui/Hungry Girl Blueberry Scones. Butter, wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, and soy milk here.

Ready for the oven with the blueberries added.

Next was the zucchini muffins. And I guess my egg was a twin...hehe

Ready for the oven and one pan had mini chocolate chips added, for still under 100 calories a muffin!

All done and ready to freeze!
