I think my approach to the holidays is hard cardio. We will see if that works! I did another bootcamp workout, then had cookies for a snack, and a snack for dinner. Spinach puffs, mushroom puffs, and a egg roll. I hope I can eat well all week.... I think I am just tired and eating crap today for no reason....
