Cookies, cheese and cocoa. That sums up my night. After some mishaps with the Christmas lights (some are not working this year), I made my first batch of cookies for the year!! I made Dad's Russian Teacakes since he asked about them today.
Then for dinner I just has some cheese and crackers. We have a bunch of cheese from the in-laws still. So that was a nice light dinner, followed up some peppermint hot cocoa later!
