Dip for lunch
Lunch today is kinda healthy if you look at the fruit and veggies. I had some of our leftover buffalo chicken dip (which is not as bad calorie-wise as I thought) about 90 calories for this serving, with green pepper and cucumber for dipping and an apple. I will admit I had more of the dip cause it is really yummy. The dip is cream cheese, hot sauce, canned chicken, and blue cheese dressing. So simple.
