Abs of steel and freebies

I did an abs of steel workout this afternoon, after canceling my work event for tomorrow, stupid snow!

Then it was time to enjoy my skinny vanilla latte that I stopped to get because of today's free KIND bars. The yummy looking bar will be saved but wanted to show it, cranberry and almond flavor.
