Lunches

Does anyone else pack lunch each day and find that it gets very boring after awhile? Well I do so I am open to any new lunch ideas. But in the meantime, I thought I would share one that I brought this week that actually was great. This oldie but goodie was an egg salad sandwich with green pepper. I make egg salad for Hubby all the time, but have not made it for myself for work ever, so I thought it would be a nice change.

Egg salad on toasted wheat bread, so nice! What is a lunch idea you have not tried in awhile that you might bring back?
