Now that I am back at work but still breast feeding I find that I actually need my afternoon snack. I am trying to pick something healthy and filling that I actually want to eat. This can be a hard combination. Thanks to the wonderful people at Abbott who make Zone Perfect Bars I have been able to try the Sweet and Salty Trail Mix Bars.
I am loving these bars, they have the perfect mix of sweet with a little salty and provide me with that much need boost in the afternoon hours. I am a huge bar fan so a big thanks to Abbott for sending me a case of these bars to try out.
Are you a bar fan? I love to keep them on hand and keep one in the diaper back just in case I am very out and need a snack.
