Half eaten lunch
I forgot to snap the picture before eating. Guess I was a bit hungry. Today was a BLT on rye bread. I used fake bacon which I find really great. I cook it all up then keep in the fridge for easy adding to meals. A little lettuce from the AreoGarden, mayo, and salsa in place of tomatoes. I have been using salsa on sandwiches since I don't buy tomatoes since the hubby does not eat them. Side of carrots, water, and some M & M dark for later make a great lunch!
