Free workouts?



Since we have all the options from the cable company on the tv, I had to figure out a way to justify the cost of the bill in my head. (Which is not always easy). Enter On Demand, which not only saves on video rentals but also helps with my hate of a gym/ADD with working out. I love that working out reduces my stress and helps keep my weight in check, but I don't like having to go to the gym or waiting around for machines to be available so I have always worked out at home. I love all the DVD available out there and have a bunch. But after awhile that gets expensive when you get bored easily.
Enter Exercise TV On Demand. They change the workouts available every few weeks and keep the popular ones around for awhile. I love that there are all types of things to try and all different intensities. It really does help keep me going. I can't think of a better way to fuel my love of workouts that can be done so easily! For example today's work out will be the Fit in your Jeans By Friday Legs sections. Tough workout but over in like 30 mins! How can you go wrong!
