Breakfast and staying healthy

Breakfast today was a black cherry yogurt with 1/4 cup of "Grape Nuts" like cereal from Wegmans. I love the flavors of the Fat Free Wegmans yogurt and with a little crunch it is the perfect breakfast to keep me full until lunch time. Also another cup of Green Tea from the Tassimo.


Once at work, 2 more cups of Green Tea. I think part of it is that I think it will help me from getting sick this winter. I am not sure if that will really work but I figure with all the swine flu stuff it is worth a try. Or maybe I am just trying to use all the Green Tea because I know that it is one of those things that are off the list in the future when we try to start a family...hmmmm
