Spicy lunch

I am proud of myself, I am writing before I actually eat this yummy lunch (ok so I did have a bite to try it). This is my Carrot-Chickpea salad today. Half recipe, half me, about 200 calories of yummy good news in this one. It has:

Carrot

Chickpeas

Raisins

Chili Powder

Parsley

Ginger

Cider Vinegar

Peanut oil

Much better then I thought and hopefully the chickpeas keep me filled up. And the side of Ginger Snap cookies is a nice after part too!
