Here was today's super yummy lunch. I had some butternut squash, Stacy's Pita Chips, Jello Mousse, and a salmon cup. As you can see I am trying to embrace the pre-pregnancy eating plan. I have the yummy butternut squash which I am still loving and the salmon cup, also high on pre-pregnancy eating. I love these little salmon cups that hubby found for me. Just like tuna but with salmon...so good. Love the parm and herb chips, and the mousse is ok. Not great still but I have 3 more left for hubby and I!
