My Skinny Girl Day

I finished reading Naturally Thin today and wow has it made me really think differently about my relationship with food, in a good way.

So after my yoga workout I ate like a Skinny Girl. Breakfast was a buritto with 1 scrambled egg, onion, green pepper, salsa, and a little cheese with coffee.














Puppy got a bath today. The snow makes her smelly! She hates being wet.


Lunch was different but hit my cravings. Some cheese, chips, carrots, and more green pepper.


Afternoon snack of dark hot chocolate for that pre-pregnancy calcium kick!
