It is the start of a new week, and with the exception that I have Jury Duty this week, it should be pretty quiet. I am trying to eat healthy today, and come up with an idea of something to give up for Lent. I was raised Catholic, would not saying I am overly Catholic but like to do the Lent thing mainly because I like the challenge of giving something up. Any idea?
So breakfast today was Greek Yogurt since hubby is off today I was on my own. I added some blueberries before they go bad and a side of coffee.
This morning I was so hungry by like 10 AM, which is strange for me when I have this type of breakfast, that I reached into my lunch bag and pulled out the cookies from my conference on Friday. I only had the oatmeal and will save the chocolate for later!
