Interesting morning

So Mazda service did not go well, but I ran some errands afterward and did some stuff around the house.
Before lunch I threw on some shorts and took the puppy for a nice long walk. After our walk I had a black bean burger on lettuce with cucumber and Costco cheese. After that I had the rest of my Costco ice cream I got at 11 am. I only had 2 bites to start with to help calm me down, then enjoyed the rest after my lunch.

My workout today was Jillian Michaels Trouble Zones. Then I hit the shower and sat down with some magazines and books for the rest of the afternoon.
