First Slimdown workout

I did the first of my slimdown workouts last night. Wow was I impressed. I did the Upper Body which had a bunch of Cardio in it. I really felt good after it and think it might really help me tone up. I am thinking about taking some before and after photos....let me know what you think. Today is Lower Body and Core, I will update on the progress tomorrow!
