Dinner at my event lasts night was Chicken Parm, baked Ziti, salad with no dressing, and a bunch of my favorite cookies!
When I got home it was time for Upper Body and Core in my 10 lb Slimdown, then a rest with some magazines! Again loving this workout but it is starting to kill me some days!
Breakfast on my own this morning since hubby was working from home. I had coffee and a Smoothie. The mix was different but really good.
I used half of this Berry Flavor Biggest Loser protein powder for an extra kick.
Mix:
5 frozen peaches
7 frozen melon balls (I am trying to up my fruits and veggies in the next few weeks)
Protein 2Go (half)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soymilk (have to get more calcium in the diet for baby making)
This was really good and adding the water had no impact on the taste. Loved it!
Only 1 more day to go and Hubby will be out tonight so I can get some stuff done at home. Love that feeling!

tonight i have to do a tempo run...hopefully my shins are gonna be ok :)
