Kitchen Makeover

I am trying to revamp my diet  eating plan a little bit and found this article really interesting. Any other good suggestions for sites to help with making over my eating plan? I have also being using this as a guide, since hopefully hubby and I will be expanding our family in the future. I think I just need to eat a bigger breakfast and that will help a bit.

  1. bigger breakfast always does it for me. i know when i have a tiny breakfast ill end up snack in less than an hour. my breakfasts are usually upwards of 500 calories, mainly from a protein shake and some peanut butter, but i also get the fiber from my bread and then vitamins from the fruits im eating. my dinners are always where i try to go small. mainly salads or veggies with minimal meats, but if im having tofu then i can afford to have more.
