Well ok I am trying to be a runner but I have gone for 2 runs in 2 weeks, and I have run the whole time 27 and 30 minutes. I am quiet proud of myself right now for even trying this, I have always hated running. Maybe a 5K will be in my future one day! Here is me post run number 2!
And of course we have my stretch buddy…..
Any advice for a new runner?
