The other day I had a doctor’s appointment for Baby Girl and the doctor said if I can to add some more iron to my diet. I did what anyone would do and did a Google Search for iron rich foods as soon as I got to work. That same night I was on my own for dinner so I made a little iron rich plate of whole grain bread, egg, cheese, broccoli, and pepper.
I am now on a quest to eat foods with more iron in them. Strangely enough I have found that one of my morning cereals might be the best at that. My bran flakes have 100% of my iron for the day!
Any other suggestions for adding iron to my daily diet? I am sure I will get sick of bran flakes after a bit
