With working full-time and little miss at home, we need to have some quick dinners on hand. The other night I had planned to grab a hamburger helper from the pantry and make a quick dinner, 1 little problem, we had no helper in the house……
What to do, well I had the ground beef out so I thought we have plenty of veggie I can make my own helper.
So I browned off the ground beef, sautéed some onions and mushrooms in the pan, added some fiesta spice mix, peas, and milk then simmered away while the pasta cooked. We mixed it all together and this was a pretty tasty pantry and freezer meal.
