Burnout, something I think all working moms know all to well. I think as a working mom, with any health issues or not, we push ourselves beyond the normal most days of the week. I try to take some time for me each weekend to just relax and try to avoid burnout. I try to take time to do yoga, or read a book, or take a bath, anything that will make me just stop and enjoy the moment. I think one of the hardest things for mom's, with young children especially, is to learn to take care of themselves. I know this was something that I had a very hard time learning when Little Miss was born, but I am getting better....slowly......
Any advice from other moms to help avoid burnout?
