Feng Shui Your Home - Guest Post

Keeping your clean and organized can be a challenge. When you add a partner, children, and keeping yourself somewhat together, keeping your house in tact can be nearly impossible. However, it might be more important than you think. A tidy home gives you peace of mind and keeps you calm. There's nothing like the feeling of stepping into your home and you know where everything is in it's place. Beyond just looking nice and easing our stress, your home decor can also affect your life outside your home. Or so says those that believe in Feng shui. Feng shui is the ancient Chinese philosophical system that states that your human experiences are linked to your immediate surroundings.

Feng shui has been helping people all over the world for over 3,500 years organize their homes in a way that is supposed to invite positive and prosperous energy into their home which will then follow them in their outside lives. The traditional version of Feng shui relies on compass directions. However, the Western style outlined below in this infographic brought to us by Soothing Walls, there are no compass directions taken into account, rather a 9 square blue print is provided that you can easily apply to your own home. Check it out below and see if Feng shui can make a difference in your life.
