Well not really a diet, but I find myself reaching to gum when I want to try and not eat other things. I know this is not a great method, at least I don't think it is, but it always seems to do the trick so I am sticking with it. Just need to try and keep a good gum supply in the desk.
On another totally random note, I had to cancel meeting up with a friend this weekend because of a bunch of plan changes and things that need to be done with the fam this weekend. I know I should not feel bad, but I do. I know I have to do what is right for me, but I hate feeling like I am letting others down.....
