Love squash

Yummy lunch today. I had some of the leftover squash that we roasted on Sunday on my salad and that was it, but it was so good. Sides of banana chips and a dark chocolate brownie made a good lunch. There will be a snack later I am sure. But I am ok right now. 3 hours until I can check on Jury Duty for tomorrow......

  1. yum!! you should roast your squash with agave, olive oil, cayenne, cumin and cinn. SOOOO good!
