1 day down

So we are spending the day waiting to hear when my niece gets here! Is it sad that we set up a Blackberry Messenger group so we can all talk to her today?

So back to Monday night, we had some of our freezer meals last night, Chicken Pot Pie with rice.
Does not look good, but it is yummy.

Then it was a rough day in the 10 Lb Slimdown, upper and lower body. My body was so tired after! Love that feeling.

So today I am trying to cleanse the body a little because I feel like I have been on a sugar binge lately.

Breakfast was Fruit Smoothies with Protein Powder for both hubby and I. (with Earl Grey on the side.)
Smoothie was:
1 cup water
2 cups soymilk
1/2 pack protein powder
5 frozen stawberries
5 frozen peach slices
10 frozen melon balls

I had some coffee with French Vanilla Creamer at work then am having a healthy lunch.


Celery with PB, some melon balls, Sun Chips and a Clif bar for a snack! Can't wait for my bar. I have an event again tonight, so hubby will be making dinner and then I will be working out. Hope the week keeps going well.

    nothing exciting here except for studying for finals...eeek.
