I am so glad I made it to Friday! I worked late last night because we had a Ludacris Concert. So dinner was at work and a ate pretty well.
I had a small piece of chicken, steamed vegetables and salad. Plus the cookie in the background. Also there was a Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte in there, because that is just how my office rolls..haha!
By the time I got home I went right to bed, but woke up in time to do the 10 lb Slimdown Yoga today. I put it on my Blackberry so I just rolled out of bed and got in a great flow.
Breakfast was nice and simple Special K and French Press are an awesome combo!
I will be at work again tonight with a bunch of fun food, so lunch was light and just a salad with almonds and balsamic dressing and a Clif Mini Bar.
