Workout day 3

Today's day 3 workout was good but not as tough as yesterday. I felt good after it.

Then I made dinner red beans and rice with fish sticks. The rice was so good we might have to find our own recipe. I was hungry tonight so there was a creme egg and chocolate chip bread later in the evening.

Not sure the weekend plans but I hope to relax a bit!
