I am so happy to have another 3 day work week this week (and 1 more to go;)
Breakfast this morning was a repeat of yesterday's awesome oats:
1/3 oats (love the grains)
1 cup water
1 spoonful of PB (and
protein)
Strawberries and coconut flakes
With a side of Caramel Machiatto coffee from the VA trip last weekend!
So good AGAIN!
Lunch is pretty simple. Salad with feta and olives, BBQ PopChips, some Lindt Truffles, and an apple for later. Love the fruits and veggies:)
Not sure what the rest of the day/night has in store for me, but there will be a workout later and hopefully some cleaning.
