Leftovers = Healthy Meals

Apparently having leftovers helps Hubby and I eat healthier. We have decided to keep up the trend. So last night dinner was a chicken stir fry (I seem to have lost the picture), but it came from Saturday's Salad Bar.
 The stir fry had 1 chicken breast, corn, peas, mushrooms, carrot, celery, green pepper, and scallions. Mix in 1 cup rice and it was so good and filling.

After dinner I did the Bikini Revolution Sculpt and Yoga before heading out for our friends Birthday "Happy Hour."

More leftovers for breakfast means another fruit cup with some Blueberry Flavored Coffee!

 My cup had strawberries, blueberries, red grapes, and pineapple. I love fresh fruit in the AM.

Lunch is more using of the fridge


Salad with cucumbers, mushrooms, green pepper, celery, and goat cheese. Food Should Taste Good Chips and Ghiradelli Chocolate Squares on the side with grapes for an afternoon snack.

No big plans for tonight, what about you?
