Since we are unsure of the food we will be eating on our trip (last time we realized we ate no veggies while in England) hubby and I went heavy of veggies last night and today. Dinner was veggie stir fry:
The mix:
Brown rice
Stir Fry veggie mix
Carrots
Scrambled egg
Low salt soy sauce
Sesame oil (this is the make or break with stir fry we have found)
Nice and veggie filled dinner. After dinner I got in a great cardio workout and got up early this morning (before the alarm even) to do a 30 Day Shred Workout. I am not sure how much workout time I will get on the trip (I know we will do a lot of walking and the one hotel has a gym) so I have my BlackBerry ready with some workouts. I love having workouts on the BB to do when I am away.
Breakfast this morning was OIAJ (oats in a
Overnight oats (1/3 cup) with the last of the cottage cheese (the container!) some pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, cinnamon, and sliced almonds. I wanted to have a filling breakfast to get me through the day and until we get to the airport tonight for dinner.
Lunch at work (and yes I am working today because staying at home would drive me nuts) was:
Last of the carrots, squash, hummus, apples, pepperoni, and a Laughing Cow cheese. I know totally random but it works and get this cleaned out! (Yes I like to have the fridge cleaned out before I go another one of my weird pre-travel things).
As for the time we are away I am not sure if I will be blogging
