Sometimes I find that sides with our meals are harder to come up with then the actual meal! One protein packed favorite for us is Bean Salad. This is also super easy. Drain and rinse 1 can kidney beans, 1 can chickpeas, and 1 can corn (I actually use frozen, cook it then cool and rinse, but the canned is faster). Then you top the salad with salt, pepper, and mayo (or some greek yogurt works well here too ). Mix and your side is ready to go!
