Going Home

Why is it they save you can never go home again? I think that after Hubby and I spend the weekend at our college we learned sometimes you can go home! We had an amazing time seeing old friends, reconnected with lost friends, and making new friends. The trip started off on Friday with a stop at Wawa and a pumpkin cappuccino. 

It was good but really sweet so I mixed a little regular cappuccino into it to tame the flavor We grab some breakfast sandwiches, filled up the car and headed south. I love the drive south through the mountains and the trees. It actually went well with little traffic (always a plus with Hubby) and we got to campus early. We meet up with some of Hubby's fraternity brother and headed to lunch.

After visiting some people on campus from our college days we started to meet up with some old friends and eat at favorite old spots! I also got to spend a lot of time with my best friend and her new baby!

Can I just tell you how much I love this little guy? I even was able to help get him to sleep on Friday night….

The rest of the weekend was great and we had some fun eats, saw lots of people, got in a few workouts at the hotel, and had time to relax.
