We are back to my favorite little Greek place, Mezze. One of my days there (not sure which) I picked up a huge piece of baklava with my lunch, why, because it was on the counter and looked so good. Although I did not eat it with my lunch (their food is filling enough), I did not waste it. Here is my yummy (semi-healthy) baklava breakfast:
This baklava stays together just right, but still has that amazing flaky crust and gooey inside. It was just perfect. Maybe not for breakfast, but I did enjoy it with my fruit and tea!
