Hubby and I have been on this major Greek food kick lately. Not sure why, but we are putting feta on everything! Maybe the baby is to blame, but I am liking it either way. The other night we decided to do wraps with black bean burgers, a favorite quick dinner of ours. I decided to turn mine Greek and added homemade tzatzki sauce, cucumber, lettuce, olives and feta.
Let me tell you this was the best wrap I have made in a long time. And this little baby kept me very full. I think that is from the black bean burger but who knows. What are your favorite things to wrap up?
i went through a greek period too, but couldnt blame it on a bun in the oven ;) love feta especially the ones with herbs in them!
