This week’s Bliss Community Challenge is about your favorite 10-15 min workout. I thought this was great, even though I am not sure I have one to share. Since little Miss got here I have not really had time for too many workouts, but find I can put her in her jumper and get in about 10-15 mins so this idea was perfect for me.
I have been doing quick kickboxing or ab workouts that I have found on the ON Demand channel on our cable box. Also I take the dog and the baby for a walk around our neighborhood. Nothing major but it is a start for this busy mom.
What are your favorite quick workouts? Help me out I need some ideas!!!
