I finished my 30 Days of the Exercise TV 10 pound Slimdown last night, and wow what a workout. I followed the 30 day plan and even did rest days (a big thing for me) and loved every moment of it. I did not like with 20 minute workouts I would be able to keep up my normal eating habits and still feel like I was getting a good workout, but these are all intense. You are doing 3 sets of moves in each workout with 30 seconds of cardio blast after each strength combo. The strength and cardio blast are repeated before moving on to the next set. Each workout combines both leg and arm movements to really get the heart rate going.
