10 lb Slimdown recap and giveaway

I finished my 30 Days of the Exercise TV 10 pound Slimdown last night, and wow what a workout. I followed the 30 day plan and even did rest days (a big thing for me) and loved every moment of it. I did not like with 20 minute workouts I would be able to keep up my normal eating habits and still feel like I was getting a good workout, but these are all intense. You are doing 3 sets of moves in each workout with 30 seconds of cardio blast after each strength combo. The strength and cardio blast are repeated before moving on to the next set. Each workout combines both leg and arm movements to really get the heart rate going.
There is also a very good flowy Yoga workout that is nice after some harder days. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I am starting to really develop my abs muscles through this workout. I actually can't wait to start it over for another 30 days and see what happens to my abs!! This is a great workout to be able to do at home (or on a mobile device - I have the yoga on my blackberry) and you only need a set of hand weights.

I was so glad to have the opportunity to try this workout. For all of you that have Exercise TV I would say check it out under Workout Plans and if not you can get the DVD here.

Or you can win one here!! The wonderful people at Exercise TV have allowed me to giveaway 3 copies of the DVD! I will pick a winner next Friday May 14th.
