Hubby and I are off this afternoon to a wedding for another college friend, so I thought I would get in one last post before we head out.
Last night Hubby and I made naan pizzas. These are awesome and so easy to make. Bake the naan for a few minutes until as crisp as you like, put on toppings and return to oven to melt the cheese.
Mine was just simple with a little store bought pizza sauce we keep in the freezer, mushrooms and cheese (and maybe some pepperoni went in my mouth while hubby made his pizza).
After dinner I did some Cardio and Sculpt from the Bikini Revolution and hubby and I relaxed on the couch.
Friday has been my normal off day with laundry, cleaning, and watering the grass (trying to keep it from turning brown:)
Breakfast was the last of the fruit! Yay for not wasting any!
Green grapes, strawberries and blueberries with a Earl Grey Tea latte (just some soy milk and a little sugar added).
After my chores where done i got in a little Yoga and read out in the sun for awhile. I love reading outside in the summer, it is so relaxing.
Lunch was a salad with mushrooms, cucumber, and goat cheese (love goat cheese it makes the salad!)
And what was this I found in the kitchen, is that a packed dinner for the car?
Hubby and I decided that after dropping off the little one the best use of time would be to eat in the car on the way to the wedding tonight. We have a BLT with no T and Laughing Cow cheese for him and a 1/2 a PB sandwich for me along with some BBQ Popchips and carrots to share.
I am hoping to post from the road, but if I don't...Have a great weekend!
